Anger is a normal emotion that everyone experiences from time to time, but when it exceeds certain limits it can be very unhealthy and have abrasive consequences. This “Anger Management” course aims to shows the differences between healthy and unhealthy anger and help participants develop the tools needed to combat unhealthy anger.

learning outcomes

The participants of this course will

  • gain knowledge about the dynamics and characteristics of anger, its causes and its effects,
  • learn about their individual patterns of anger response,
  • practice innovative anger management techniques and tools,
  • learn how to apply anger management tools in typical education situations,
  • learn how to lead simple relaxation activities to ease students’ anger,
  • meet colleagues of different nationalities within the EU, engage in cross-cultural learning experience, exchange ideas and build network for future international cooperation and
  • enrich communication skills, improve foreign language competencies, broaden and unify professional vocabulary for effective dissemination of good practice.
